Why use this tool

Why Meesho labels need cropping at all

Meesho's Supplier Panel gives you a combined PDF: the shipping label on one part of the page and the tax invoice on the rest. A thermal printer expects a 4×6 inch page containing only the label. Feed it the raw A4 download and you get a label shrunk into a corner, a wasted second sheet, or a barcode too small to scan.

Cropping to exactly 4×6 fixes all three at once. The label fills the sticker, the barcode sits at the size couriers expect, and you stop wasting a label per order.

Printing without a thermal printer

Plenty of sellers start on a normal inkjet or laser printer and A4 paper. Choose the 'A4 — 4 labels per sheet' option and the tool lays four labels out in a 2×2 grid with margins to cut along, so one sheet covers four orders instead of one.

Stick the cut label on with tape or a glue stick, but keep tape off the barcode itself — glare from tape is a common cause of scan failures at pickup.

Where do I download the label PDF in Meesho?

In the Meesho Supplier Panel, open Orders, select the orders you are dispatching, and download the shipping labels. That is the PDF to drop into this tool — you do not need to separate or print anything first.

Are my order PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. The entire crop happens inside your browser using a Web Worker. Your labels contain customer names, addresses and phone numbers, and none of that is transmitted to us or to anyone else — there is no server to send it to. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.

Will the barcode still scan after cropping?

Yes. The label is never converted to an image — the original vector page is clipped and placed on a correctly-sized page, so the barcode stays as sharp as it was in the source PDF. The label is also scaled evenly on both axes, because stretching a barcode changes its bar widths and is a common reason courier scanners reject a label.

Do I need a thermal printer?

No. Choose one of the A4 output options and the tool arranges 2 or 4 labels on a normal A4 sheet with cutting margins, which is what most sellers use before they buy a thermal printer.

Can I crop many orders at once?

Yes. Add up to 25 PDFs at a time, and each PDF can contain any number of pages. Every page is cropped and the labels are combined into a single print-ready PDF per file.

Is there a watermark or a daily limit?

Neither. No watermark, no signup, no cap on how many labels you crop. Dispatch happens every morning and a tool that rations you is useless.

The wrong part of the page was kept. What do I do?

Set 'Label position' to keep the top or bottom half explicitly instead of leaving it on auto. If a particular marketplace format is being detected wrongly, that is a bug worth reporting — the crop geometry is the whole point of this tool.
