How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels to 4×6 for Thermal Printing

If you sell on Meesho, you already know the pain: the label PDF you download from the Supplier Panel puts the shipping label and the tax invoice on the same page. Feed that straight to a thermal printer and you waste a sticker on the invoice, or the barcode lands in the wrong place and the courier's scanner rejects it.

Here is how to fix it in under a minute, without uploading your customers' addresses to anyone.

Why the label size matters

Thermal printers expect a 4×6 inch label. If the barcode is scaled or shifted even slightly, the bar widths change and the scan fails at the pickup desk. The goal is a clean 4×6 page with only the label on it, and the barcode untouched.

Step by step

1. Download your order label PDF from the Meesho Supplier Panel.
2. Open the Meesho Label Crop tool and drop the PDF in.
3. Leave the output on 4×6 inch for a thermal printer, or pick an A4 option if you print on office paper and cut by hand.
4. Press Crop labels and download the print-ready file.

The tool finds the whitespace band between the label and the invoice by reading the actual ink on the page, so it keeps working even when Meesho tweaks its template. The barcode is never re-rasterised — the original vector is clipped and placed on an exact 4×6 page, so it stays as sharp as the source.

A note on privacy

Your labels contain customer names, addresses and phone numbers. This tool runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
